The pamphlet is text only. Author researched Audubon's visit to Texas in 1837, and his drawings of Texas quadrupeds. Some of the quadrupeds found in Texas are Cotton Rat, Collared Peccary, Texas Skunk, Black-tailed Hare, Prairie Wolf, Red Texan Wolf, Ocelot, Texan Lynx, Cougar, Ring Tailed Bussars, Jaguar, Large-tailed Skunk, Texian Hare and Armadillo. Book is about Audubon's life along with his visit to Texas. The front corners of the portfolio are dog eared, the first four prints are dog eared also, (Red Texan Wolf, Prairie Wolf, Ring Tailed Bussars, & Large Tailed Skunk). narrow light stain on title block of the cover.
